Subscribe to the Kanes' Podcasts on iTunes

To listen and subscribe to these podcasts in iTunes, search for Ariel & Shya Kane in the Music Store section of iTunes.

If you have an Apple Computer, you already have iTunes. If you want to subscribe to the podcast (to automatically download the most current and all future podcasts), click here.

If you have a PC with Microsoft Windows, you can download the iTunes software at:

Once you've downloaded iTunes, do the following to subscribe to the podcast:
  1. Open iTunes and look on the left side navigation for "Music Store" and click on it. The main window should now show the Apple iTunes music store.

  2. Inside the music store, there is a menu on the left with a light blue background. Click on "Podcasts".

  3. You will now see a purple page and a light purple menu on the left. Scroll down and click on "Health" under the heading "Categories".

  4. A page with three panes at the top will open. In the far right pane, select either "Self-Help" or "Relationships". These are the two subcategories where "In The Moment" can be found.

  5. In the bottom pane, find "In The Moment with Ariel & Shya Kane" and click on the arrow right next to the title.

  6. You will now see a purple page with the information about the podcast. Click "Subscribe". You are now subscribed to the podcast. Every time a new episode is available (approximately every 10 days - 2 weeks), iTunes will automatically download it.
You can play the podcast on your computer by double clicking on the name. It should also automatically download to your iPod if you have one when you connect it to your computer.

When you've heard it, feel free to go back to the page where you clicked "subscribe", scroll to the bottom and write a review. You'll need an apple account to do so, but they are free and it's easy to register.
